Terra agora MB (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is the controller of the personal data processed by it, which ensures that personal data are processed in the Company in accordance with the requirements for the protection of personal data applicable to data controllers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and process your data when you use our Website. Purposes of the collection of information and data to be collected
For the purpose of ordering, selling and delivering goods – name, surname, address, email address, telephone number.
For the purpose of ordering the newsletter – name, surname, email address, phone number, city, field of activity.
For direct marketing purposes (with consent) – customer name, surname, email address.

We try to be the first to inform our customers about relevant information such as attractive sincereskin.lt offers, news and services. Your rights in relation to personal data
You have the right to access your personal data, to request the rectification of incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate personal data, to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes (without giving reasons for the objection), or in the cases provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation, to request the erasure of your personal data in the cases provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation, and to have the other rights provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation.

Upon receipt of your request or instruction, we will provide a response within 30 (thirty) calendar days at the latest and we will carry out/refuse to carry out the actions specified in the request. This time limit may be extended by up to 30 calendar days in individual cases, in the case of large volumes of data and other similar cases.
