Description
The calm of the barrier here is created not by a heavy occlusive layer, but by a precisely dosed balance of water and lipids that settles on the skin like an ultra-fine, uniform veil.
„345 Relief Cream Mist“ logic begins with the format: a cream turned into a mist so that the soothing and barrier-supporting components distribute more evenly than a traditional cream, yet leave more of a “cream” sensation than a typical toner. This structure allows the product to work in two directions at once – for rapid reduction of discomfort and for replenishing surface lipids when the skin feels “tight” or loses comfort too quickly.
The formula’s synergy relies on several clear pillars. First – ceramides, which integrate into the skin’s lipid matrix and help maintain a sense of integrity: less roughness, less of a “compromised” texture feel. Second – the interaction of humectants and calming agents, where the aqueous phase provides instant softness and the lipid phase “locks” it in without an oily film. Third – anti-inflammatory plant-based and restorative components selected not for flashy marketing, but to reduce visible redness and the sensation of reactivity when the barrier is weakened by active treatments or the environment.
- ceramides: support of lipid structures, less perception of roughness
- humectant complex: quick moisture capture and a more elastic surface
- calming components: reduced sensations of heat, tightness, tingling
The sensory side is considered so the product functions as a comfort “switch”: the mist is fine, even, without an aggressive spray stream. On the skin it feels like a light milk-and-water hybrid – not a sticky spray, but a soft, barely creamy touch. The color is visually gentle, milky; the scent either barely noticeable or neutral, allowing the formula to remain “clinically” clean in sensory terms. Absorption is quick, and the finish is satiny: the skin looks calmer, but not glossy, and the fingers encounter a tidy, well-cared-for smoothness.
The packaging supports this ritual through functionality. The atomizer is designed for a mist, not drops, so the product dispenses evenly and doesn’t accumulate excess. An airtight construction is important for the emulsion – it stays stable longer and retains a uniform texture. The visual identity is restrained, “dermatological,” clearly communicating that the priority here is formula transparency rather than ornamentation.
DR.ALTHEA’s direction has always balanced aesthetics and skin physiology, and this mist format represents a more mature step: barrier care shifted into a daily, easily accessible sensation, without inflating promises or weighing down textures.
Everyday value is concrete: quick comfort with a lipid support that maintains the barrier, when you want a calmer, smoother skin feel without an oily film and without sensory noise.

Usage
DR.ALTHEA 345 Relief Cream Mist shake well, close your eyes and, holding the bottle about 15–20 cm away, spray evenly onto clean face and neck; gently pat to help the product absorb better. Use morning and evening after cleansing (and after toner, if you use one) before serum or cream, and during the day – as needed for hydration and soothing the skin; can be sprayed over makeup without disturbing it. Avoid contact with eyes and irritated or damaged skin; if it gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
